2008 – Humble Beginnings
In 2008, in a small rural village, Mr. Chen and Ms. Li—known locally as “Sanbro” (the third son of the Chen family)—founded Sanbro Factory. But their story began long before. For over two decades, they had worked on the front lines as knife sharpeners and makers in Yangjiang, China’s renowned “Capital of Knives and Scissors.” Armed with hard-earned expertise, a shared vision, and a deep desire to build a better future for their family, the couple launched their own small workshop, initially focusing on OEM processing for kitchen knives.
2015 – Growth and Transformation
By 2015, as both the industry and their factory expanded, what started as a humble workshop had evolved into a modern family business integrating R&D, production, sales, and trade. At its core was a dedicated R&D team specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-end kitchen cutlery—with a particular focus on premium Damascus steel knives. Their product line grew to include Damascus steel kitchen knives, layered composite steel knives, sashimi knives, and other professional-grade tools, crafted from materials such as Japanese AUS-10 Damascus steel, Taiyuan Damascus steel, powder steel, composite steel, and German steel 1.4116.
2021 – Diversification into Wood world
With expanding market demand, 2021 marked a new chapter as the family business ventured into bamboo and wooden kitchenware. The product range broadened to include bamboo cutting boards, steak boards, pizza boards, serving trays, knife holders, and other artisanal kitchen accessories. Throughout this growth, the family remained committed to product consistency, competitive pricing, and meticulous craftsmanship.
Today – A Legacy of Excellence
Today, the family-owned enterprise stands on a foundation of deep manufacturing expertise and a well-established production management system. Offering both OEM and ODM services alongside proprietary designs, the company produces kitchenware known for elegant styling, complete specifications, reliable quality, and rich variety.
